| I discovered eBay in March of 1996.
Shortly thereafter, I found the Bulletin Board on eBay. I met many
wonderful friends there and also people needing assistance putting pictures
in their listings. I was teaching graphics at the time and found
this to be a very enjoyable way to increase my knowledge of the internet
and help people at the same time.
Through answering questions in emails and postings to the board, I realized words alone were not enough to convey the information to many of the people unfamiliar with computers. The creation of this tutorial was for those of you who find all the technical terms and long explanations confusing to follow. Step by Step picture tutorials seem to be the key to success and several people have since copied my style of tutorials. :) I do hope you find the information contained in this tutorial to be helpful for you.
